Window or no window in kitchen 2016 Phaeton QBH
I know this is an opinion thing but salesman says that no window is the trend on the new Tifffin's, Bus Phaetons, Zephyr. Would no window behind the kitchen affect future resale or what people would want, not to mention to put one in cost about $ 625.00. Any input would be welcomed.
Thanks SJW

Kitchen window is nice to have. But not something if not there would keep from buying a coach. If ordering new as an extra cost option don't think it would make it on my order sheet.

Kitchen window or storage? Always a tough question.
Ours has storage.

Our QKH has the window in the backsplash, and we really like it.
The addition of some natural light into that area is welcome.
Window, or not does not affect storage in the Tiffins.

I believe 2014 was the last year for the kitchen window in the Phaeton. I really miss ours (2014 40QBH), but it wouldn't be a deal breaker on a coach I really wanted.

As far a little extra sunlight it's fine but to open it for fresh air, it's hard to reach for the DW, so it stays closed...would I pay extra for it? Nope..

Many other things far more important than that little window. No affect on resale value.

Don't know about the window affecting resale value, but we had a 40' Tiffin and now we have the 43' and both with the windows. Even with the windows, that area of the kitchen is very dark. I'd think without a window it would seem like a black hole. For us, we'd go the $625 for the window if that's what it took.

Our kitchen is well lit with under cabinet LED lights. Do most of our cooking outside on the grill so the main time we normally spend there is doing dishes. We do not linger on that task and then we are back outside.

Window or no window you will enjoy your coach. Wave as you stop or drive by. We will recognize you by the big smiles.
