Window shades

I have an 08 Allegro Bus the front shades have both stopped working, first the solid shade then the sunscreen. I've done the touch the wires together until it beeps. Has anyone replaced them? Thanks as always.

Yeah, we had an 08 bus and had them fall while driving. Defective end brackets. They're heavy and awkward, so 2 persons are advisable in stead of one, but changing is not too difficult for a handy person. Snap the holders loose with a long thin screwdriver or putty knife but be sure you don't pull the wires loose on the right side when letting the shades down. I took off the A pillar cover and disconnected the wires before dropping that end of the shade.
