Windshield Washer Pump?

I just ordered my third windshield washer pump (attached to the washer fluid reservoir) - the first two died - anybody else have the same problem and if so, found a better solution?? This is on a 2014 36LA -

Great ! That means I have two to go. Glad they are easy to change out. My first one never worked.

windshield washer pump

Just had our WW pump replaced by the Ford dealer. It HAD to be replaced to pass PA State inspection. From what Ford told me it is a Peterbuilt part. So looks like I have a chronic problem as do we all. Wonder if there is a different manufacturer to substitute. Will look into it. Actually our windshield wiper assembly skips when using the wipers. Seems like the gear/motor is loose within itself. What a pain. Way too many problems with this Tiffin.

I burned out two in the first two months on a new Forza. I bought a replacement Delco from Amazon and it has been running for nine months.

Windshield Washer Pump?

Washer pumps are all electric and have hoses.
If you can figger out what they use on an 09 Monaco, change to that and be happy.
If you replace a frog with a frog, it's still a frog.
Just sayin.....

Tiffin replaced my pumps all under warranty. Why would I spend more money at Amazon. I think it may have been a bad batch of pumps. Let's hope.

Trips to get warranty work done are not free and suck up lots of time. Alternative pumps for a little more money would win, me thinks.

But we still don't know why we're losing so many so fast?

Perhaps wiring issue, too small, water damage?

Just thinking out loud. I haven't had that problem myself, (yet).

Thanks for all the feedback - sounds like I am not the only one with this problem. My first two were under warranty but now the third one is on me - for $30 plus shipping from my dealer via Tiffin. If anyone has found an alternative I would like to know (I will check the Amazon suggestion) -

Bought my windshield washer motor from NAPA for about 17.00. I have a 07 holiday rambler and still had the same washer fluid in the container,,,found that the wire had a protector cover that let water into the electric posts and shorted the motor...

CampDaven. Fed Ex and five minutes of my time are cheap. Not all repairs require a dealer.
