The wipers in my 2003 Allegro Bay 37DB will pause and sometimes stop after a period of time. Can anyone tell me if there is a Controller board on this unit for the wipers, or if all is contained in the motor itself?

Have you tried lubing the shafts and mechanism of the wipers? I'd start there. When they stop, has electric power to the motor stopped or are they just stalled?

They do stall and sometimes drag. Your suggestion is a good one and I will do that. They work fine for a long time then it starts. I have a truck that did this and it was a $20 easy-to-install control board. I was hoping for the same. Oh, and then they will keep working even though the switch has been turned off. Forgot to mention that. Thanks.
