Pace Arrow: 03 Pace Arrow, workhorse fuel pump

I have a 2003 37R Pace on a workhorse chassis. It's stationary under a cover. and It won't start. It will run if I use starter spray in the breather. I'm thinking rodents may have chewed my power line to the pump. Any ideas on how to trouble shoot without dropping my tank.
I was thinking about checking the pressure on the fuel rail but wasn't sure if that's possible by just cranking the motor. Or, possibly check for continuity somewhere. Looking for ideas on where to start.

You SB able to hear the fuel pump run to pressurize the fuel line for a few seconds immediately after turning the key switch to on (not start) and then stop once pressure has been achieved. Have someone turn on key while someone listens near the tank. If you hear it run, you can eliminate the question if there is power to pump. If no hear, it may mean there's no power or bad pump, and then you can proceed on your troubleshooting quest into the system for power/no-power at the pump harness or for pressure at the fuel rails.

It can also be as simple as a blown fuse or bad pump relay. Be sure to check there also before tank dropage

Those are some good options. As to the pump harness, assuming all other issues check out, how would you trouble shoot via the harness. check continuity or what. Appreciate if you have any thing on that. Also, much thanks again for thinking about the solenoid and fuse comments.
