04 Fleetwood Southwind dash radio not working.

So I have a customer that has an 04 Southwind 36e I think that I am servicing and fixing some minor things. We only have the briefcase of owners manuals for the actual components and none for the chassis or house. So with that said I am trying to figure out why the dash stereo doesn't work.

When sitting with key on or motor on there is a time displayed but it won't turn on. There is a rocker switch to the right with a tune symbol that makes the clock go off and on and nothing still works. I don't know which fuse is for the radio nor where to look. I did look under hood in fuse panel for the chassis and all seemed ok. Can someone give me some direction on the fuse and what is the rocker switch for?

Also the fantastic fan isn't fantastic either. It doesn't work, the one over the stove. I checked the fuse on the fan and in bedroom and all seem ok. Is this a remote controlled unit and I am missing something?

Thanks for any help.

The rocker switch is a "Park/Drive" switch that powers the radio from the ignition when you are on the road, and switches to the house batteries when parked. If the clock is coming on, you are getting power to the radio (the clock should also come on when you turn on the ignition) Not sure which model radio you have, on my southwind the power is a button on the upper left, not on the volume knob like you would expect. Check the mode switch - you may have it in AUX instead of FM.

The galley fan usually has a rocker switch on the wall in addition to the selector switch on the fan. Make sure both are in the on position before attempting to troubleshoot.
