Suggest you contact the Fleetwood folks for tech assist. I don't have the number handy right now, but a google search or a search of this forum will find the number for you. I have contacted them several times with tech questions, and they have been very prompt to get back to me and were quite helpful.
But consider this....what you describe may be quite normal. I do not operate our Revolution's jacks with the engine running...no need to since they operate quite well without it. Since the jacks operate hydraulically and are powered by the chassis batts, there is no real reason to run the engine UNLESS the batteries are very low or stone dead. Could be the "system" will retract the jacks when you start the engine as a safety precaution....similiar to the stairs retracting if you turn the ignition key on. Also, when I extend our jacks (engine not running), the air bags automatically deflate as part of that process. I would think that, with the engine running, the "system" would first retract those same jacks PRIOR to re-inflating the bags, again for safety reasons. But....I just dunno'.
PLEASE let us know what you find out....would be of interest to some of us. Thanks!
