Question '07 bounder steps

When I open my side door on a 2007 Fleetwood bounder the stairs won't come out. Any suggestions. 1 month old first time owner.

There is a switch just inside the door that says " step ". It needs to be on.

There are two fuses in the BCC ( battery control center ). One is for the step switch and the other is for the motor. If you tell us what model you have , we may be able to direct you to the BCC.

Multiple Threads

If you search on the keyword 'Kwikee' you'll find multiple threads discussing how to troubleshoot problems with them, how to remove the motor and where to find parts.

IF the motor is gone just about any auto parts store can find a power window motor to replace it. Usually a 90's Ford Taurus or F150. Very common part.

Good Luck!
