'08 Pace Arrow 37C
Hi, I'm looking at an '08 Pace Arrow 37C on the W24 chassis.
I'm curious as to likes and dislikes for the Fleetwood brand in general and any specific comments pertaining to this model and floor plan.
Recognizing that I'm on the Fleetwood owners forum I may get biased answers but honestly, how does Fleetwood build quality stack up against some of the higher end coaches like Newmar and Tiffin?
We do numerous weekend trips through the summer and an extended trip of 6 to 8 weeks in the winter.
Thanks!

If you're comparing similar price points ($120,000 vs $ 120,000 ) I'd say FW matches up to any competitor and surpasses most. As you said. You're on the FW Forum .

Our MH is the Flair 33R. It's is the bottom of the line unit and it has not disappointed us. I keep looking at fancier/more expensive models, but the quality of this on is great for the price point

When shopping for our motorhome, we looked at Tiffin, Newmar, Winnebago, Itasca, and Fleetwood. All things considered, the Fleetwood won hands down. We have not regretted our purchase. Good luck!

They build high end American line of MH's to stack up.
They start out at $343,486 to over $840,000 with options.

Pace Arrow is the high end gas model of Fleetwood. I worked on Fleetwood products for years and looked for a Pace Arrow when it was time to trade. I have had my Pace for six years and have had no problems with the Fleetwood portion. I have had only a speed sensor go out on the chassis.

My last coach was a Kuntry Star and my Pace is built every bit as well as that Newmar was. For that matter its as good or better than a Tiffin. I'm pretty sure there aren,t many that exceed the quality Fleetwood put into the Pace.

I keep thinking that's why they don't make them anymore

I was told by a Pace dealer that the price was so high, people could buy a diesel and would not pay that much for a gas motorhome. It had nothing to do with people liking the motorhome, It was the fact the market was so small for that price range.

I did not say it very well but that's what I meant. The Fleetwood CEO at the Goshen Rally last year said they were focusing on making units that would make them money (don't remember the very exact words)
Money aside it was a loss when it was eliminated from the line up.
