? Do you have a 12volt TV or does it work on 110 off the inverter, check reset on the inverter.

Not all that sure what you asking but normally when your plugged into shore power/generator you will have 120 volts going into a converter which converts 120 volts to 12 volts. If your not plugged into shore power/generator the 12 volts will come from your batteries. So if your plugged in and the 120 volts outlets dont work, check the 120 volt breaker box. If your are plugged into shore power and the 12 volts lights are not working check the breaker box for tbe breaker that supplies power to to converter. Some/most converters have fuses on them, check them also.
Here a tutorial on RV electrical sysyems.

Is this something that used to work, and does not - or something new to you or has never worked before?
Sounds like a like you do not have an inverter, or if you do it's not working (not turned on, popped fuse or circuit breaker).

No outlets will work unless you have a inverter, We have a small 300 watt inverter to operate the front entertainment area.I hope this helps you out!

Ok: Let's see if I have this right:
12 volt lights, fans and water pump (And furnace) work when you do not have shore power or generator power.
TV, Microwave and 120 volt outlets only work when you have shore/generator power
This is normal for all RV's that do NOT have an inverter. Including mine as delivered (I Upgraded).

Jld, post what MH you do have, make, model, year. Maybe someone has that model and can give you some help locating your inverter if you have one? Ours is located in the front lower bay, passengers side, also our coach batteries have their own bay on that side.

Depending on your RV, some outlets will be straight 110 and not 12 volt. Also, not all the 110 volt outlets go through the inverter, so you must be connected to shore power or run the generator for them to be powered. In our Bounder, the plug for our microwave does not go through our small inverter, so we can't use the microwave unless plugged into shore power or running the generator.
You need to determine whether the outlets you are trying to use are 110 or 12 V, and go from there. Fleetwood can provide a electrical schematics for your coach if you call their customer service line. You will need to give them your FIN (Fleetwood ID Number).

The answer is YES, as long as you have sufficient battery power.
If you post your RV make and model we would be able to help provide more specific information for you. Not all RVs are created equal.
