1992 Dash Fan Blower Motor stopped, HELP

I have a 92 Bounder and the Dash Fan stopped working therefore I have No A/C or Heat, I know it is NOT the fuse as I have checked that, also it made some real screams before it died, then blew a puff a smoke from one vent,(Near the motor) then stopped...do I have to lift the entire Dash to get to it, or do I need to come in from the front...if I can get to it I feel I can put in a New one, but I must find it first..
Thank you in advance for any help,
Rick

On most years of the fleetwood products in this time period, You had to remove the panel right in front of the passenger seat.(under the dash) The motor will be right in front of you. make sure you check the tightness of the ground wire before you close up the cover.
