So the generator runs like a champ, 110ac all work great. House power for dc lights and furnace all good with either generator or shore power. The problem is the house batteries won't charge on shore power, generator or engine power. No joy with fleetwood to find what controls charge to those batteries. I ve read somewhere the engine alternator will charge them after main batt charged full but no joy with that either. Presently I run a jumper between main and aux batts while traveling then put trickle charger on aux batts from ext 110ac outlet. I was told the emergency start solenoid does this and it made sense that there was a fault there since the emergency start button was inop. so replaced the emergency start generator solenoid and now I get like 12.17 dc at cables to aux batteries where presently was getting nothing. That is with shore power or gen running. Any thoughts?

Side note, demo'd masterbedroom queen bed and nightstands/ lights and installed hinged bunks for my littles. This thing is almost as solid as my old M88 Tank retriever.

I plan to install a T with shut off valves at the generator fuel inlet so I can run some ethanol stabilized fuel through the carb when the unit will sit.
