found the switch

Thanks everyone for the help. I found the switch behind the breaker panel in a csbinet. In the morning i will start the gen. And test for power comming to the transfer switch ,the box is well labeled. Bob

Sorry Bob, but I'm afraid you may have found the WRONG transfer switch.

The transfer switch you have found is most likely a standalone switch box associated with the Intellitec ECC air conditioner system. I'll bet the connections are labeled, Shore Power, Generator Power and air conditioner. Correct?

That transfer switch only connects the front air conditioner to the 20amp feed from the generator when the generator is started. It is an integral part of the Intellitc ECC (Electronic Climate Control) system. Otherwise, the front unit is fed from the main panel with shore power.

The main transfer switch that you are looking for is actually located as a part of your main breaker panel. It is only accessible from inside that panel.
