As the post says I have a 36s. The living room slid is giving me fits. It is no longer sliding in and out properly. The slide is sagging in the front. I found the adjustments on the outer portion of the slide, but they are to adjust how the slide seals with the rest of the rig when the slide is in.
There has to be some sort of adjustment or shimming. But how???

If you find your slide mechanism brand listed here: Aero-Rv.com - Aerolite Ultra Lite RV Travel Trailer and Expandable Hybrid Campers
and are a DIY guy, you might find that service manual helpful.
My personal experience is, slide mechanism adjustment is a learned task. When our RV was new the dealer service tech re-adjusted one slide because it was cutting the carpeting. Now, 5 years later the mechanism broke. We took it to the mfgrs. factory service center in Goshen for repairs. They replaced necessary parts and adjusted the mechanism properly. They said the reason it broke was mis-adjustment.

I havn't confirmed who made mine, but from what I understand it should be made by Power Gear. I know my jacks are factory installed and made by Power Gear. So its reasonable to assume that. I will crawl underneith and taking a look and see.
Thank you,
Rob

Looks like I need the plastic blocks the the slide rests on as it comes into the RV. Does anyone know where I can find these? Cant find anything at camping world. They loom at me like I have 3 heads. I think they just want me to bring them my RV and pay them. Help please!!!

Slide - Out / In Slicker 40 Pair RV Camper - $30.50 is what I've used since our 2005 5er was new. They now are heavily scarred, but the carpeting still looks new.
