1999 Fleetwood Discovery ?

Hello and thanks to all who have given me some insight to my purchase of our first DP. I found a 1999 Discovery 34Q with 35k miles and 90 hours on gen set. I know propane, but I can live with that. According to the dealer it is a consignment and the bank would be willing to deal on. I think that the coach is in need of a good detail, some new tires and batteries, but everything else looks good. I have a budget of around 35k and dealer said he may be able to do something around 38k as it sits. What advice could you give me in regards to purchasing and not blowing the whole wad on the coach and then having to spend another 3-4k getting it up to par. I know it is only a good deal if it in fact is a good deal. Thanks again, I hope to purchase something soon so I can quit bugging you guys. Thanks again.

PS, that price doesn't include the 8.7% Wa. Sales tax......

It is a buyers market right now . Diesel fuel at $4.00 a gallon. You should be able to Make a great deal on your 1999. We just purchased a 99 36 T with 45,000 miles and in perfect shape all around. Seller started at $48,000 and we ended up well under $40,000 when we finally made the deal.
A week before we found the 36t that we bought we found the same year and model
For $25,000 but it was lived in full time fr the last 10 years until the owners passed away. Only had 30,000 miles but only been moved 3 years ago so I was concerned about mechanicals thru lack of usage. We were set on a discovery so we were ready when the deal came along.
Our coach runs and rides like a dream and is very well appointed even though it is 13 years old. If you could pick yours up for $30 or $32 it would be a good deal.
