This is a 37J type and I need help solving a problem with the waterpump. It works fine if I run direct power to it but will not run when on the waterpump switch. I have checked and replaced the 20 amp blown fuse and it remains Ok now but that didn't take care of the problem. This all started when we started the pump and the sink and it poped the fuse. I checked the voltage at the switches and it is 3.45 volts. I am pretty sure it should be 12 volts dc. I checked all grounds and they seem to be fine. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Matt

Welcome mjfling to irv2.
The pump works on 12V and you may have more than one switch for it near outside shower in water bay, bathroom, kitchen and in your tank display area.
Reading just 3.45 volts would indicate to me a open supply some wheres.
I would check all your switch's starting on the one that seamed to blow fuse.
The internals of switch may have broken down and you need a new one because of age of your coach maybe the only one ever use and its just worn out.

007 you are correct there are 3 switches the head, galley, and outside at the shower and pump. I have completed a diag check with a vom and they are all the acting the same. They read continunity and all have the 3.volt reading. Are they supposed to be 12 volts and not 3? Thank you again.

Just a quick note on the water pump issue. I figured it out. Turned out to be a fried water pump controller that is well hidden in the harness. Thanks for the help.
