1999 PaceArrow roof peeling

Checking roof today and noticed my white roof is starting to peel. Black rubber is underneath. Are these roofs painted after installing rubber, or do I have a more serious problem? I always thought the rubber was white!

Two different types of roofing material , one is white all the way through ( TPO ) , the other ( EPDM ) is black on the back side when installed , and if you're starting to see black the white portion has worn off, if there is actual pealing , then it's possible the roof was re-coated and that coating is pealing.
Somewhere I have a link to a site with pictures of RV roof problems ; I'll track it down and re-post.

EDIT: I got back in time to add to this post.

AND of course I can't get the link to work . I'll be back !

Thanks. Since my post I have done much reading on roof repair and have come to a conclusion that at my age I won't do the repair myself. I today scheduled time at local repair shop I use for March 21st. Another shop fairly local, I heard has a 6 month backlog so 3 weeks isn't bad for this time of year.

I was given an estimate of 3 hours labor based on my explanation of condition, plus material. Not as much as expected so I'm pleased.
