The ceiling has water spots.looks like roof has leaked.It is carpet.Can it be cleaned?Has any one else had this problem?

We had a similar problem, used Oxy - Clean and the water spots disappeared!!

Hi Johnna and welcome to IRV2.com.

Oxy Clean often works. If it is small spots, one of those stain removing pens you see advertised on tv should do the trick too. I've also seen pet stain removal products (for carpets) recommended for water stains in the ceiling.
