2000D jacks won't go down

Took the Discovery out for the first time this year and upon arriving at our destination, I lowered the front jacks, but the rear wouldn't go down. So I raised the front and tried again. Now none of the jacks will go down. The 3 amp fuses in the control box are okay. The inline 10 amp fuse back by the pump looks okay, but I bought some new ones and will replace it when I get home from work. The fluid level in the reservoir is where it should be. Any suggestions of other things I should check?
