I don't have one but I believe they were solid and no real problems to report with them.
It's basically Fleetwood's entry-level DP so they might not have all the luxuries and finish of some other models. The ISB is solid and will get better mileage than any other engine in large mhs (driven moderately, many owners report 10-11mpg) but it certainly doesn't have tons of power on hill climbs and the Bounder is only rated to 5000lbs towing (like many mhs with the ISB). I believe it has a rubber roof (which IMO, is not the end of the world but fiberglass is better), I think it probably only has 30A panel (again not end of the world but 50A is often better). I'm pretty sure in 2001, it does have the 6 speed Allison (older models had a 4 't-shifter' speed transmission - again, not the end of the world but the 6 speed is better, especially as far as the exhaust brake).
You mention 37' - in 2001, the Bounder was available as a 36S with one slide (which I've seen many people refer to as a 37'), a 37K with two slides and a 39Z with one slide so I'd confirm if it's a 36S (being sold as 37) or a 37k. Personally I'd prefer the space with the 2 slides although in the 37', there's a bit of wasted space in the bathroom area. Long term, it's likely the 37K will have more resell value simply because of the 2 slides although it was only available for 2001. I suspect that part of the reason might be because it had a roadside kitchen (so a shallower slide), a U-shape counter which could arguably limit the usable counter space and a curbside table and chair (can't fit dinette). Fleetwood appears to have replaced it with a 39R in 2002 which was a bit longer and had their more traditional curbside kitchen and roadside dinette with deeper slide-out.
