2002 Pace Arrow problems

3 main problems:

2nd recall on Norcold fridge. Anyone had real problem with theirs?

parking brake will not stay down when I push the petal. This causes problems as 2 sildouts won't go out with out brake on nor will the levelers. Is there a fuse as it is connected with the Allison transmisson because it goes off automatically when shifted into gear.

last big problem!! Heats up and chugs to stop when weather is warm. Has left me in some very dangerous spots and can't start it until it cools down!!!

My fridge has never given me a problem. My fridge was not part of the first recall but was part of the second, so, I had the second recall done. It took about 30 min. and has not affected the operation at all. This recall is to help prevent fire at the back of the fridge.

We may need to know what engine to help with the cooling problem. If the heating is at slow speed look at the fans. This could be the engine fan clutch has failed or the electric fans not running. These both are very noticeable when they engage. If the heating is at higher speed I suspect the air dam has come loose.

If the parking brake problem is intermittent, some WD-40 on the latching mechanism may help.

Just a comment: I have an 02 P. A. and the Park Brake does not disengage when putting the trans in gear. I'm going to look into that.
