2003 American Eagle 42foot - Aquahot question

I am helping a couple who recently picked up a 2003 American Eagle 42 foot MH. We can not find the Aquahot panel (if one is even installed), where you turn on/off the burner or electrical heating modes.
There is an Aquahot switch on the dashboard, which disables the unit from running on the burner circuit, but the electrical heating is staying on. Where can we shut off the electrical side of it? Our last resort is to unplug it from shore power and let the unit cool off.
We need to top off the Aquahot unit with glycol mixture, but the unit is constantly turned on... We like to get it cooled off, to be able to top it off the unit and get correct water level established in the expansion tank.

My control panel is in the bedroom behind a cabinet door. I have the AH 600D.

The op is discussing an American Eagle not a CC.

Not many replies to this one... but thought I'd post an update anyway.

Never found an on/off power switch for the electrical heating element, so we unplugged the RV from the shore power. After running hot water in the sinks for 10-15 minutes, the Aquahot unit had cooled down enough, so we could open the "radiator cap" top off the unit. Topped off the Aquahot unit with antifreeze mix. Established correct level in the expansion tank. Now all is good.

Your friend should call American Coach Customer Service and find out where the controls are located. And request any coach-specific manuals that are missing. While he is at it, request the electrical and plumbing schematics - they can email or send a printed copy.

I have had great luck with American Coach help line.

To kill the electric if you can't find a switch, shut the breaker off. I just serviced ours, and didn't let it cool. Just shut the breaker down and had at it.
