2003 Fleetwood Storm Rear Fuel Door/License Plate Holder

Cant seem to find anyone that sells the replacement hinged, spring loaded license plate holder/fuel filler cover for my 2003 Fleetwood. Any ideas out there? Mine is rusted, barely holds in place, and the rubber spacers are cracked and falling apart.
