2004 Bounder fuel problems

2004 bounder diesel no power. fuel not getting to engine. Help

First off, how do you know this? can you hear the fuel pump running underneath in the tank, If not check your owners manual for the location of the fuel pump relay and change it.
I just went through the same sort of problem with my Southwind and it was the fuel pump relay.
