I'm not sure about an '04 Bounder, but our 2003 Southwind has a rocker switch on the dashboard to operate the under hood lights. It is next to the rocker switch which controls the light in the water and electric utility bay.

There should be a dash diagram in the owner's manual supplied by Fleetwood. If you don't have the manual, you can get one off the Fleetwood website.

Bluewind is correct. The switch on the dash that operates the utility bay light, operates the underhood light/s and it also turns on the left outside side light. My Pace Arrow is the same way and a friend of mine has an '04 Bounder and we tried his and worked the sam.

our '04 bounder 35R has those lights and they turn with the switch that turns on the big light on the drivers side back by the water/elec service, if i remember it is the 3rd switch down on the dash there under the radio, good luck,, motor safe
