Your RV furnace is completely 12 volt powered , the fan runs on 12v the thermostat is 12v , so if you haven't located a 12v, automotive style, fuse for the furnace ; I hate to tell you ; you'll have to keep looking.
Your A/C is a 110 volt powered device controlled through a system of relays from the 12v thermostat. So the C/B would not have any effect on the furnace operation.
If you have a plastic grill on the face of your converter there may be a hinged panel that covers the 12v fuses there. There should be 8 to 12 fuses for the RV 12v systems.
