Hi PCarillon: If you still own your Fleetwood PA 37C, I have a question for you.
Does your MH have an exterior light on the driver's side, located almost at end of this side near the rear, up near the roof line, about 5" or so up and to the rt of the rt upper corner of the bedroom's Emergency Exit window windowframe? This light comes on when headlights are on.
Here's a picture of the light (ours is broken) which I'm referring to. You may need to rotate the pic to view it in its actual location on the side of our MH. The lens is either all yellow or half is yellow anf half is red.

Re squeaky dash: we have your model and year but higher mileage, almost 70k. Recently purchased so not much experience yet. However our dash noise was due to failure of the body supports in the front end which we are currently having repaired. See my posts about our dash squeak.
This may not come into play until your mileage is higher, but keep a check on the line of screws holding the body to the frame which you can see under the hood. They are to the far left and right as you look under the hood.

We actually just traded ours in on a newer coach but yes we had a light back there but it didnt come on with the headlights. We had a switch on the dash that worked that light. If yours is coming on when the Headlights come on someone must of hooked it up different as thats not how it should work.

That light on mine is hooked to the switch that turns the engine compartment and water sewer bay interior lights on, labeled utility.

You can just catch a glimpse of it in this picture

Update: We ordered the lens on eBay for less than Fleetwood/REV Parts wanted for the same thing and shipping was also less. Arrived fast, fit perfectly, and comes on when the Utility Switch (located on dash below our Heating/AC controls), is flipped on. Bulb still worked so all is good now.

Thanks,

Jim and Susan
