I have an '05 36Z with 14K miles on it. Had a few snigily things that were fixed under warranty. I did have one failure I would consider major but it wasn't a Fleetwood problem. The front drivers side jack failed, it was replaced by Atwood free.

Other than these, I have been very pleased with the 36Z.

Good luck and I hope you enjoy the 36Z.
