The 42F is a full wall slide layout and those tend to have limited accessibility when the slides are in. The rear bath and bedroom are probably inaccessible but the mid bath may be usable. Kitchen and dining table probably ok, but looks like the fridge could be problematic.
Not sure what your expectation might be, but you aren't going to camp overnight in this coach with slides in. Or even spend an afternoon. Might be ok for a lunch stop in a rest area, but that's about it. We had a Tradition 40V (triple slide) and could use toilet, get things from fridge and sit at the dining table, but that was about it. Quite acceptable for a rest stop or lunch break, but we opened slides for anything else.
