2008 Bounder 38F Fuel Gauge Wiring

Hi all,

I think I had a visitor under my rig that chewed the wire for the fuel gauge. It was fine when I got home a month ago, and now it read E. I only have 60 miles on a full tank so I know there is fuel. There is also no fuel on the ground. I think it was a chipmunk that did the deed. There were dropping left on the generator and on top of the slide compartments. Where do the wires run. To the back computer? Or directly to the fuel gauge? Anyone have a wiring diagram? Any help would be welcome.

Jim

Decided to run through the panel gauge test, and it passed without any problems. The fuel gauge (and all others) went to 50% and 100% when these were selected. I then scanned the inputs and selected the fuel gauge. It has a reading of 7294 ohms. Could someone check their freightliner XCM chassis panel diagnostic and see what kind of reading they get. The value displayed seems to be really high, so not sure what that means. I hope to call freightliner tomorrow (Monday) to see what they say.
