can anyone inform me of how to rapid drain the freshwater tank on a 2008 bounder 38f diesel.
found 2 plastic valves that slow drain the system and then the metal handle for cold water drain by the city water input. just can't find a valve that is isolatewd to the freshwater tank.
thanks

Have you tried running the water pump with the "slow" cold water drain open? That usually speeds things up.

thanks for the replies.
i found the valve mentioned is between the 1 and 2 non slide compartment. it is a blue pvc valve and is located at a level equal to almost the top of the door. this is the valve i opened and the water dribbled out. i just can't see how a valve at that height is supposed to empty the holding tank. seems way to high. toop another look around and still can't find a thing.
thanks

Mine had the PVC pipe with a red knob located near the compartment on the passenger side near the steps. It was at the top of the compartment I had to bend low to see it.

I have the expedition 38F, pretty much the same coach. My fresh water drain is accessed through the passenger side compartment door. This is the large door just back of the kitchen slide. It is a red handle, pvc valve. It sits on the same floor that the fresh water tank sits on forward of the valve. Hope this helps.
