2008 Revolution LE Compartment Door Hinge

Looking for help with my compartment door hinges. Either looking for a new set of hinges or if there is a way to tighten up these hinges. They are “sloppy” or “loose” and the door is sagging.

I can not adjust the guides any longer and now have to lift and close at the same time now to get it to close.

Here are pics of the hinge

Looks like a lot of adjustment left where hinges bolt to door.

I have tried adjusting the sag out of the door with using the horizontal slots top and bottom with no success.

Maybe I need to pull them off and see if I can tighten the hinge points with a press. Might try that. But all others are very tight.

Push in on top hinge and pull out on bottom hinge should bring door up.

Thanks Tha-Rooster, tried it, did not work. It has been adjusted before, but who ever did it used self-tapping screws and relocated the hinges. No longer in the original location which used inserts to use a screw to secure.

Called Fleetwood parts, should have done before, lesson learned. Was only $53 a hinge, will have in 5 days. I thought would be like $200 each.

Fast update, new hinges did the job. Installed while unit was on jacks, so I know it is level.
