Welcome to the forum. Did you check your batteries with a volt meter to make sure the voltage was topped off. There is also at least one fuse in the location of your house batteries, might check it. You might also want to check all the breakers and fuses in the main panel. My brother in law had a problem like yours, batteries good, but no 12 volt power, he found his main breaker was thrown, turned it back on, problem fixed.
If no one else has any suggestions and the above doesn't fix the problem, do what my DW tells me to do at the very beginning, just call the manufacture, their techs can you usually have you going in no time.
