We're definitely looking at the same models (add to that the Winnebago Sightseer 33c for me as well).
One of the biggest differences between the Vacationer and the Bounder is the fresh water tank. 60 gal in the Vacationer vs. 85 in the Bounder. If you dry camp or tailgate at all, this is a pretty sizable difference.
On the build sheet, it does show an option to get a washer/dryer (and also have to get the optional 10 gal water tank) on the Vacationer. Check out the build specs on this website, scroll down and you'll see it. I haven't seen pictures of one online that has a washer/dryer, but I suspect that it might go in the bedroom closet:

The Bounder has a slightly higher interior height (7 foot) vs. the Vacationer (~6'8"), in case any of you are tall. There's an option to order the Vacationer with a bigger chassis too (Ford 22,000 LB Chassis).
I haven't seen either rig in person, but plan to see all of these and more at the upcoming Hershey show.
Hope this helped!
