2014 35K oven door right hinge is stuck

hello again, this forum has helped me a lot with some of the minor/major problems we have had so far, and hoping once again we can get advice on the following:
2014 Bounder 35K
pulled out the oven door to put a pan in and start dinner, and the door laid out but it was at a very wierd angle. Looked at it, and the left side (as your facing the door), is normal but the right side is hanging down.
Their is a small metal piece that is locked on the door side and I cannot move it, and there is nothing that is connecting the oven door to the oven, in the same fashion that the right side is connected.
I looked around the oven, thinking a piece may have fallen out but nothing on the floor.

thanks for any advice,

The oven doors can be removed for cleaning , and it sounds like your door is part way removed .
Do you have the users manual for the oven ?
Brand and model number?
