2014 Fleetwood Storm Converter

I am curious about the location of a possible converter on board this newly purchased MH. I found a 900w inverter under the master bed, but no converter. Could that be all I have?

It's a WFCO 55 amp power converter.
Model 9855, Input 105-120VAC, 950w. Output 13.6 VDC 55amp. It does say converter, maybe I just answered my own question.

That is your converter not an inverter.

Yes, I see, my bad. So running down the road, it powers my electrical needs, like my refer, right? So is it also an inverter?

No. It converts AC to 12 volt when your're plugged in and charges your batteries.

I guess, other than my portable inverter, I don't have one built in.

2014 Fleetwood Storm Converter

I have a little 50 Watt with a 12v plug end I use for small watt appliances.
It's kind of useless frankly

Oh. Yes that's most likely all you have. The inverters that they do put in gas coaches ( when ordered ) are usually for small loads like a tv .

One last question Cliff. Running down the road, the only thing my refer operates on is propane, right? Unless my generator is fired up.

Yes. The refrigerator also uses 12 volt to power the control board.

Thanks for all your input. I'm still sorting it all out, cause the dealer did a crappy walk through with me.
