2015 Southwind 34a Questions/Pblms

I have a 2015 Southwind 34a with a few problems that the dealer is giving me the run around on.
First
When I brought in the drivers side slide there was a loud popping sound and the mitered joint at the top (by the drivers chair) has split apart by about 3/8". The facia is attached ok. The dealer said they are all like that and that it isn't a problem. I have had to get under the slide and manually help the slide go in on occasion with a wrench. The dealer can't find anything wrong. arrrrggghh

Second
The TV over the fireplace is resting on the shims that are placed under the front edge and where the screws are it has cracked the black trim on the front of the TV. How can I raise the TV up a little. There is plenty of room on the top.

I have other questions but I will wait until I see what answers I might get

Howdy,
I have the 2016 Southwind 34A; something is wrong with you slide, mine is quiet and smooth operation. As far as the TV, remove the two pictures in the bathroom and you'll find access to the rear of the TV over the fireplace.

If it is still under warranty, contact Fleetwood and take it to the factory for repairs. Heck, even if its not under warranty, I bet Fleetwood would at least help you out if it was something that was wrong with the original build. Either way, they do great work and its worth a shot.
