Question 2016 35K Furnace Bay Ducting

Now that our furnace is being used, it's time for me to figure out the system. I've obtained the schematics from Fleetwood and they help some; however...

The schematic shows a duct going directly from the furnace to the basement (the front large bay). When I go into that bay you can definitely tell the furnace is working from the hot air coming out of the vent in the "ceiling" of the bay.

I noticed a second vent in the bay going towards the back of the coach. When I go to the back bay there is another vent coming from the front. No real air flow is moving through either port (holding a match up to the back port indicates a very light flow of air).

Here's the question (request for verification) I have: Are these two vents just connected to each other to allow a bit of airflow throughout the whole bay? And these two vents are NOT connected to the furnace directly?

I've attached the schematic and a "vent selfie". The vent at the top of the picture is coming from the furnace. The vent towards the back and right of the picture is the one that goes towards the rear of the motorhome.
