Taking a short trip and thereís no dash AC on either driver or passenger side. Fan blows air; itís not getting cold. Suggestions for troubleshooting?

We experienced a similar issue on our 2014 Southwind.
After removing the wall panel in front of the passenger's seat and getting into the chassis blower area, my mechanic discovered a piece of foam had come loose and was blocking the air duct.
Once removed, all worked fine.

Inasmuch as itís a 2017 model wouldnít it be covered by your Ford warranty?
