Hi,

I had to get my Pace Arrow 1996 towed last weekend (engine would not start ). To do so, my jack had to be retracted manualy by opening each one and letting some oil out. It worked. After repair, I put back some oil in the reservoir but the jacks are not working anymore. I see the ligths on the panel but I can not get the hydraulic motor to work.

Any idea why and how I can fix it?

FRANCOIS, The pump might be caveatting - that would be my best guess. Call the jack manufacturer or Fleetwood and explain it to them and see if they can help you.

I think you are going to have to find a way of bleeding out your jacks or systems.

Is the pump running but the jacks not moving, or is the pump simply not running? The first is a hydraulic problem or perhaps a valve, while the second is an electrical or motor problem.

but...

The hydraulic motor is not working at all, so I do not think bleeding air out of the system is the solution.

I hear little clics near the hydraulic motor when I activate the switch, so it does not look like an electric problem.

I have no Fleetwood dealer nearby, so I will take it to an hydraulic specialist and come back to the forum to tell you what was wrong.

Thanks for trying.
