Short answer, Yes.
I would suggest to check your tires date code, info here. Generally MH tires are replaced by age not mileage. Most people replace tires 5-7 years from date code on tire, but if you are seeing dry wall cracking replace them as soon as possible. The cracks will allow air/moisture to enter the sidewall plies and compromise them.
Also check the date codes before you buy new tires to be assured you are getting a "fresh" set.
