Hi,
I am the proud owner of a new to me (2 weeks) 1998 Bounder 34v. I'm in the process of getting it as reliable as possible. One of my concerns is the RV Custom Products bcc on the firewall. The circuit board and components look as though they spent a lot of time next to the beach. They are very corroded. I don't beleive there is a failure there (still sorting it all out) but it looks like one good pothole and half of the components will fall off the board. All that being said, does anyone know where to source one of these boards? I have a Rev A board. I've seen pictures of the later boards and I'm not sure if one would be a direct replacement for my circuit board. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Matt

Hi, I have a 96 Bounder, 30fter, I'm also having problems with the constant drain of my batteries, I have disconnected my eng batt & my aux start sw, trying to troubleshoot the drain, do I have to go to rv customs to get a diagram for my system? After reading a number of issues of the same problems it seems to be the charging & aux coil? Can anyone help me.
I am a disabled vet & can't afford to waste money. thanks

Try Fleetwood Parts for the BCC. RV Custom Products is still in business in Santa Fe, CA, but I don't think they sell retail.
Some of their products are available here:
Fuse Block, Panels & Distribution Panels > Electrical - RV Parts Express - Generators, RV, Carrier, **Battery** Tender, Reese, Trailer Hitches, Airstream, Power Inverter, and Portable Generators at rvparts.com -
R & K Products : RV CUSTOM PRODUCTS SMALL BCC [127-137542] - $239.97
I've attached a schematic of the RVP BCC - see if it matches yours.

I did call RV Customs 1-562-921-8353 and they won't be open until 7-11-11, I'll have to try then for info.

Does anyone know if part number fw 2050 (complete battery control center) with a rv custom products board with fw 221 rev b printed on it will replace my original battery control center with rv custom products board cb 115 rev a?
Thanks!
Matt

The FW 2050 was made specifically for the Four Winds motorhome manufacturer. I doubt that it would have all the functions exactly as implemented in your original unit. I think I would look for a replacement board rather than a complete unit, unless I could locate an exact BCC replacement.
RV-CP claims the boards are all backward compatible (i.e. all newer boards will provide the original functions, but some new functions may not be supported by your old BCC). Boards 115-B thru XX, would replace your A level board.
I'm not sure that yours could look any worse than mine ('97 Bounder) and mine still works fine. If it does start to actually fall apart, all functions could be restored with discreet components, with the exception of the Bi-directional Relay Delay functions, but Intellitec sells a unit to replace that function also.

Matt, I'm going out to LA for Vacation, I'm going to see if I can't find someone who can help us out with these problems. I did talk to Mary Moore @ RV C & you can't buy anything there, only @ the dealers.
