Can anyone give me some feedback, either positive or negative about this particular model. The options on the one I'm looking at are: 8.1L engine, mobile sat.,outside entertainment, king bed and front mask. We plan to use it for 4-6 short trips per year.

Bailey, we have a 2007 Pace Arrow 38P and bought it new. If I had to do over again I would purchase another model. We love the floor plan but have had nothing but trouble with our model.
1.I had to replace ALL of the wood molding around the street and curb slide. The roof leaked above the slide and rotted the wood facing.
2. Right now our MH has been in the shop for almost three weeks. This model has a vacuum flush toilet. This toilet alone should have alerted me as to not purchasing this model. The vacuum pump sprang a leak and spread s#!t all over.
3.The electric Power Gear jacks have not operated properly from the beginning, neither have the door step ts.
I could go on, I realize that many of my problems have been with third party manufactures and not Fleetwood. I can say this about Fleetwood, they were always ready to assist me with my problems. The unit drives well and the 8.1 has enough power for me and my tode.
PS purchase the extended warranty, you may need it....I did & I did.
