Air Throttle pressure adjustment

My 1996 American Dream has an air controlled throttle pedal. It says it should work at 65# but takes around 80# of air to work. Does anyone know of a adjustment or had this problem?

My dream also has a timer that does not activate the throttle until a period of time has passed. Does your air system leak down after shut off? Mine does not, I have full pressure when I start, and the throttle will not respond until that time period has passed.
