Looking for some help. None of my airbags are inflating. Have a 99 American Dream. Just had dealer install new airbags on front, about a month ago. Returned from a trip to Florida. Went to put jacks down and my brother turn the jacks off, after first hitting button to put them down. Ever seen then they airbags will not inflate. I have called Sparta, they were nice but still could not figure it out. Tried calling Power Gear but can not even get them to answer the phone. I have the coach sitting in our shop and can't move it as the wheels will rub on the wheel wells. Not sure if there is a bad air valve or if it thinks the jacks are still down. I have put the jack down and up , and unhooked the power( thinking it would reset it) nothing helped. Any help would be very helpful. Thanks

If they are electric jacks then I have done the same thing. Turn on the levelers and then press and hold all four of the (front, rear, left ,right) buttons at the same time until you hear a beep. That will reset the system. I forget if the system has to be in manual or automatic. Try it in manual first. Once you get it reset it is important to let the levelers run until the cycle is complete. any interruption causes an error.

Welcome movinon to irv2.
I would check the work that the dealer did installing the new air bag may have line feeding it loose or disconnected.
is the air pump working?

I have hydraulic jacks with power gear semi automatic leveler system. Tried holding the four buttons and that didn't do anything. I checked all the lines and no air leaks anywhere. It seems like it is out of sink or something needs to be reset.
Yes the air pumps works have plenty of air pressure on the 2 gauges and it will move but the tires will rub. Any other suggestions?

Pcurt Thanks for that page. I had seen that page but could not find the model that I have which is #5002249 revision 2. Not sure if this is a old one that they do not make anymore or what. Enclosed is a picture of the controller.
It just seems to me that the jacks are tell the airbags that they are still down and not letting the airbags inflate. Like it is out of center or calibration. To bad I can't get a hold of someone at power gear and talk to them. If there is a newer controller that replaces mine I would buy it.
I was hoping to take the coach this coming weekend, but its not looking good:(
I'll keep messing with it hopefully get it figured out.
Any other suggestions would be gratefully appreciated!!
I am stumped and getting frustrated. Thanks Jack
