Mine are accurides, used the California Purple stuff this weekend. Only got front done, lots of work but they look unbelievable... Better then new. Guess I shod seal them now, that will be another first.

Did your accurides have the coating on them?

Mine are Accuride and had no coating......the finish on them after you work them over real good is amazing! I highly suggest you take the time and put in the effort! You won't regret it!
I still have people at campgrounds coming to talk to me about my wheels. LOL

In the meantime here is how the trailer is looking!

Hi Craig,
I'll will do, promise! I hope those guys ship their product to Canada
Love that trailer and what is kept inside it.

I spent my weekend washing a cleaning my toys...and the DW's Cherokee SRT, which I was told I missed a spot on her "shoes" (Chrome Wheels)
DW hates dirty shoes....

Hey - how do you get those lug nut covers off? Did you buy a special tool? I'm missing 1 (just noticed) so I need to buy a couple to have as extras. Also, do you tighten them periodically? Ever lost a lug nut cover? I don't even know where to buy them- I was going to ask my Newmar dealer...

The ones on our Accuride wheels just kind of pop off. There is a tool made to remove them but I have seen a tire tech just give them a strong "wiggle" with gloves on to remove them.

I would go to a truck tire center and ask. Your dealer might sell that stuff but you can bet at a higher price. I believe this is the tool on Amazon Amazon.com: Ken-Tool 30606 Lug Nut Cover Remover: Automotive

I also changed the center caps and lugnut covers to something a little more custom looking.
Craig--I saw your original post on this, and every time I see your pictures I'm amazed. My 2013 FW Discovery has Accuride wheels too, and with no coating. They look pretty crummy already and I really need to do this. If I could just find the TIME!! My list is getting longer...
