The first time I saw the "hump" in a picture I thought it looked odd, but now that I am looking for an Eagle in that time frame and paid attention to them on the road I don't mine that feature at all.

I stand corrected. The 2004-2008 Tradition doesn't have the hump, but the Eagle does.
