American Coach question

I've been looking for a new coach and found some super deals on 42 ft American Coach Revolutions. In fact, so good it's making me nervous. Any reason why AC is having so big a sale?

Any owner feedback is appreciated. My first choice was a Newmar Ventana.

Good coach!

This is the time of model cycling. (January) Traditionally FW/REV offers dealers rebates and at times knocks off thousands of dollars to move the 17 models out as the 18’s have been out since early fall and the 19’s May be previewed in Tampa? I bought in January of 2012 and received above 35% or more? Off MSRP. if it fits your floor plan and needs go for it. I almost made a trade purchase on a 15 left over Revolution in late 16 and it was a great deal 32% off MSRP with top wholesale trade plus 5K. Alas, the finance director wouldn’t sign on the dotted line. It was a fine coach with fireplace, recliner, etc. etc. oh well. I love my Providence 42M that’s a good thing. Go for it.

I've watched our dealer's cycle on FW's & AC's & they always have deep discounts on leftovers in January-early Feb. They've gotta move old stock. Where we are, it's also the dead of winter so they're hungry for sales.

If you find something that fits your needs, go for it.

Go with the Rev. I think you'll find the Rev is a step above the Vent as far as amenities and other things.

Re Chuckster52's post...all manufacturers make a lemon or two...sounds like he got one.

I also have 2 friends one with a 2011 Eagle and another with a 2014 Eagle that will say the exact same thing...So I guess we got 3 LEMONS...from the same tree
And I think....MHO...that the Rev and Vent are really EQUALS...C

What I saw online looks like the Ventana is a couple of hundred thousand cheaper MSRP. Get what you want and don’t believe everything you read, there are lemons made by everybody don’t fool yourself. Purchased my rev new in 07 and has been perfect, may fall apart tomorrow but it’s been a good one.

I've got a 2016 rev and it's been a great coach, no issues at all from day one. I bought it as a leftover last year, the type of deal you talked about. Buy the one you want and laugh all the way to the bank. Also looked at a Ventana tag, no where near the same class of coach.

You could very well be correct. I don't know much about the Vent, but a brief look on the internet shows the Vent with an ISL 400, Rev has an ISL 450. The Rev also has some other standard features the Vent does not have...side radiator, paint scheme on the sides of the slides matches the body, 100 vs 150 fuel tank, don't know about other features such as IFS.

Bottom line to the OP is to get the one with the floor plan the D/W likes best.
