An other new and proud Fleetwood owner .

At 65, this is my first ‘’ hopefully not last’’ Fleetwood.
I qualify my self as a back yard mechanic, and already I’m impress with the good engineering, and the quality of this rv.
During our quest to find the right one… I was lucky enough to find the IRV2 community with all the good people behind it and the bottomless gold mine of information that guide us on the right path.
To all the people w take the time to answer the questions of a new member like me ’’ even so it as been previously answer 154 times… I simply say that you have my admiration and you give me the strength and especially the confidence of belonging to a community.
Knowing that one rainy day I’ll be stuck on a back road and some one will e-mail me that by swapping a relay my fuel pump will be back on line and we’ll be out of the dark is priceless.
Once again.. Merci beaucoup… and of course, keep up the good work. Hopefully one day I’ll be the one typing the 155 th answer..

Welcome! What kind of Fleetwood did you purchase? If you put the year make and model in your signature line it will pop up whenever you ask a question on here and help people that are trying to answer your question! Hope you have many a fun mile!

Congrats & welcome to the FW family. Post pics of your new coach & as previously stated, put your make/model/year of coach in your signature (User CP tab, Edit Signature) so we'll all know what you've got, should you have questions later, long after this discussion has passed.

I’m touch from the warm welcome.
We got a 2003 Peace Arrow 36B, we fell in love with the double front slide out.
We are both in our mid 60’s and are planning our first rv trip and first winter in the US. To describe the state of mine we’re in, we decided to name her ’’ Last call’’ we are planning to have a vinyl reproduction of one of the famous painting of Salvador Dali ’’ a melting clock’’ that will be place on the back with the name.
Yes last call for the last adventure that hopefully will last many years until, like most people, the cost of medical insurance will clip the wing of these snow bird.
Even so we live close to Montréal, Texas seem to be attractive so far, we would like to find a site not to far from a city that could offer cinéma, resto and shopping..’’ any suggestions are welcome’’
From the trip back home, I’m delighted with the power of the vortex and the smoothness of the ride.
Yes, I would very much like to post a pic. and also because I have a few… questions in mind, but when I select ’’insert an image’’ it ask me for the url of it starting with http:….. Can any one help on this one..
Again, thanks for your patience and kindness..

Well big ole congrats!!!

to insert a photo, go to the "advanced reply", scroll down to "additional options" and click MANAGE ATTACHMENTS. A pop up window will pop open, and you can add photos there. Select up to four, then click UPLOAD. When it's done, you can close that pop up and continue with the reply
