So sorry Ms Bery has "moved on". She was great. When ordering parts for our 2003 Excursion I always followed the prompt that placed me directly to "parts". When I had a technical question I used customer relations. Never had a problem with service! However, I too needed a porch light, parts told me the design had changed and most likely a 97 American Dream part or parts will be difficult to match up. You'll find the necessity to modify a lot, for example, I modified the lighted entry handle, hole patern had changed, chrome exhaust tip, porch light. You get the point. Tooling and vendors change constantly.

They have been awesome for me. With AC support I always seemed to end up using email communication directly with the service rep and they were fast and thorough. I will strongly consider AC for my next coach (in the far distant future!!)
